Do you offer a guarantee for International Customers?

There are no guarantees on our international shipments as we would be unable to service chairs outside the USA.

However, our chairs go through many quality control steps prior to shipping to ensure proper quality and, there is a 12 step inspection process prior to packing. You will receive good chairs from our company. In the event there is a problem we ask our international customers to take a picture and report any problems that may find. It is possible that you may find a broken chair in the shipment. The quality of our chairs is consistent because we have developed reliable productions techniques. This reliability is why our chairs typically cost more than the local Chiavari Chair that is produced in China.
